Become the Professional Families Trust From Day One

The goal of a newborn care specialist is to bring knowledge and support from the very first night. Your task is to coach the clients on all baby care. Knowing how to care for newborns can bring your clients calmness and help them bond with their newborn.

Have you worked with infants for years? Although experience is valuable, taking a program that teaches you how to work as a newborn care specialist can boost your confidence.

I am frequently asked about the depth and scope of our newborn care specialist training program. I have covered all aspects of newborn care and guided working as a newborn care specialist so that you can avoid surprises from the beginning.
Could you provide more information about the professional program you offer?
I created professional training that teaches how to instruct clients in different scenarios. We included working 24/7 jobs and ethics. The videos are about 6-7 minutes long, with 76 modules.
Do you teach sleep shaping, and can you explain what that looks like?
The NCS training is a 30-hour course. In our profession, we cover sleep development in the first training and then teach step by step for the next 16 weeks.
Is your training evidence-based?
Yes, we created this training with all the updated information on newborn care.
Is the course time-sensitive?
No, you have LIFETIME access. To prioritize building your company, we recommend completing your training within six months.
Do you test through a 3rd party accreditation site?
To be fully transparent, we have been testing and certifying under NewbornIQ. We are applying to work with a global board starting in May 2026, for all testing. Students can obtain certification through the accreditation company. Each student will receive a certificate of completion and can start working once they have completed all assignments.

Our training provide step-by-step guidance for sleep shaping each week, allowing you to train a healthy baby to sleep longer and successfully streach by 12-16 weeks old.
Building a professional image can play a crucial role in establishing your reputation. Professionalism is a key factor that can help you gain recognition and create a positive impression of yourself. It is important to maintain a professional demeanor in all aspects of your work, as it can help you earn the respect of others and create a sense of trust and credibility.
